We use the latest equipment including thermal imaging, aerial drones and void inspection cameras. 

​

Within 72 hours of the completion of our on-site survey you will receive your comprehensive 'Snagging Report'. Each item within the report will be photographed and annotated to show what the issue is, why it is an issue, the regulation it does not comply with and the recommended remedial action required if applicable.

​

The reports are tailored to be easy to understand, even without any prior construction background or understanding. We won't use any confusing jargon and will always be on hand to provide unlimited phone and email support once you have received your report.

We are accredited by the Residential Property Surveyors Association, this means our reports are fully compliant with industry requirements and completed to an excellent standard. This also enables us to carry out both pre and post completion inspections. 

​

Our inspections are carried out in strict accordance with the latest Build Regulations, National House Building Council (NHBC) and New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) standards / tolerances, along with accepted standards of workmanship.

Re-inspection - We offer a re-inspection service once your builder/developer has completed the required remedial work to ensure that the issues have been rectified correctly. This is a fixed fee of £150.
